By accessing or using the Pixel Ride website and services ("Service") at https://www.pixelride.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

Pixel Ride provides a cloud-based, AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to enhance, merchandise, and generate derivative visual assets from uploaded vehicle images.

Core functions include automated background replacement, license plate masking, branding application, interior enhancement, and 360° spin generation.

You retain all ownership rights to the original images you upload ("User Content").

Service License: A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and modify your content solely to provide the Service.

Model Training License: A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your content to train and improve AI models.

All data used for training is stripped of identifiable information.

You own the final enhanced images generated by the Service ("Output"), subject to compliance with these Terms.

Pixel Ride makes no warranties regarding the suitability of the Output for any specific commercial or legal purpose.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Do not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of laws.

Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or objectionable content.

Do not upload content you do not have rights to distribute or process.

Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service, its AWS-hosted servers, or networks.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or AI models.

Service fees are described on the pricing page.

Payments are processed via Razorpay.

Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case and must be sent to support@pixelride.tech.

Payments are otherwise non-refundable except as required by law.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Pixel Ride is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if these Terms are violated or if conduct is harmful to others or the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India.

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
